📦 Order & Delivery
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account and go to the "Order History" tab to see the status.
What are the delivery times?
We ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen:
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days.
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain.
For any other destination, contact us via the contact form.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the shipment is complete, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find this link in your customer area.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How to request a return?

Are returns free?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Can I exchange an item?
No, except upon request in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We will then be able to exchange it. If the item you receive is not the right size, we will be able to exchange it if you return the item to us in its original condition (subject to available stock).

Are the articles official?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and official , from well-known brands such as Mitchell & Ness, Nike, Wilson, Panini, etc.
For signed items, a certificate of authenticity is also sent to you with the jersey.
For the NBA Mystery Box, is it possible to indicate the unwanted teams?
Yes, for these Boxes that contain a jersey of a random player, you can indicate the team(s) that you do not wish to receive with your order!
How do I care for my garment?
We recommend washing cold (30°C) and inside out, without tumble drying, to preserve the colors and patterns.
Are stocks renewed often?
We're doing our best to restock popular products, but some items sell out quickly. Feel free to activate the stock alert or contact us if you're looking for something specific.
